About BoB

Best of Baltic – or BoB for short: A Danish-German region motivating itself to take small steps toward a better world.

Anyone who proudly wishes to call themselves a BoB-Family, BoB-Guest, BoB-Hotel, BoB-Snack Bar, BoB-School, BoB-Association, BoB-Event, etc., must achieve enough points in the For-a-Better-World Score (their handprint). Go to “Your Score” and give it a try.

The number of points necessary is determined each year by the BoB-Jury with the participation of young people and stakeholders from the region.

The small steps can come from any area – nutrition, mobility, social engagement, etc. Those who qualify as BoB are listed on the website www.best-of-baltic.com, where everyone can also see which steps the respective BoBs are taking.

In addition, the Interreg project includes numerous German-Danish BoB-Events and joint BoB-Challenges to develop concrete local solutions.

Participating in BoB helps create a shared, globally unique identity for a cross-border region and its guests. We are BoB!

Best of Baltic is an Interreg Project by the European Union, running from 2025 to 2028.

The concept originates from a German-Danish school project. Students were asked what it takes to be proud of their region.
